Our exceptional performance in Trace is achieved through integrating our well-established office-based Trace process with our field-based capabilities. This enables us to deliver the extra performance that really differentiates our service from the competition.
Our experience suggests that at least 40% of customers are still living at their stated address. If our office-based Trace activity determines this – and that a visit is the most appropriate course of action – then we can refer the customer to our field services division for follow-up at the touch of a button.
We have all the tools you would expect for Trace activity, including:
- BT OSIS Database – allowing new telephone numbers to be acquired and also enabling discreet neighbour tracing.
- Bureau Searches – utilising the wealth of information which is held with the major credit reference agencies.
- Customer Tracing Software – gaining access to sophisticated software packages from GB and Data Discoveries, specifically designed to enable searches on customers and their cohabitants in order to identify their current whereabouts.
